Brad@durf @burritojustice RSS isn't dead because of Google Reader, I still use it daily, which is one of the benefits of federation and self hosting - no? Substack/Mailchimp/Mastodon are all RSS, the news site never removed their feeds, there are bridges for whatever closed-wall social you use. Seems to me resiliency is one of the benefits of this kind of open tech.
