Reid Beels 
C in #36daysoftype was based around concentric circles.
Drafted this out in Inkscape, using path interpolation to build out a bunch of circles, then cutting out the opening of the C and building out the background (which is C in morse code, btw) and rotating things around.
Biggest challenges were issues were shortcomings in Inkscape's vector tools and weirdness in how SVG dashes work.
