Good. Cornell did the right thing here but I’ll admit to being (pleasantly)surprised it was this resolute. If an individual professor wants to do content warnings as a courtesy, fine. @film_girl personally, I avoid tapping on things that have a trigger warning with something like “alcohol.” But I also don’t add them to my posts about racism and sexism and homophobia because I know for a fact the warnings are used by people to maintain their ignorance of the brutal realities of other people’s lives.
