@juddlegum the problem with modern day boycotts is they don’t work. The civil rights boycotts worked because segregated businesses relied on the custom of black patrons for profitability. Anheuser-Busch doesn’t need money from bigots to turn a profit, but the bigots generally don’t have the income to afford good tasting beer. The only reason AB produces light beer is to feed the need of closeted alcoholics. This will go away with a whimper. Meanwhile, I’ll still enjoy German Pils
@juddlegum Show us on the doll where the beer touched you.
@juddlegum Stressful time for MAGA Anheuser-Busch delivery truck drivers.

@juddlegum

@juddlegum But this isn’t “cancel culture” to them, right?
@juddlegum - side note, "what say you?" will always be obnoxious.
@juddlegum significant here is that boycotts are free speech still so that means other types of value-based consuming and investing are protected against them - weren't they trying to outlaw that somewhere
@juddlegum But, but I thought cancel culture wasn’t cool with MAGA Republicans. 🤷🏻‍♂️
@KCDomino @juddlegum then they’d have to buy guns to shoot up the “woke” guns. tricky.
@juddlegum Someone suggested ads with trans people selling guns…
