The average corporate merger destroys value and we’re getting a master class in it with the Warner Bros + Discovery acquisition.

Imagine thinking the HBO brand is a liability because it’s too high brow to compete with Netflix. 🤦🏾‍♂️

@carnage4life I'd love to know what the Sliding Doors on if the "HBO" branding matters and moves the needle looks like.

Perhaps all that really matters is good content + consistent branding over a long period of time (regardless of what it is in the end).
