As you are based in the Netherlands i suppose that is the base of your financial transactions and taxation as well? Juggling financial rules & circumstances between Netherlands, Germany, US and Taiwan doesn't seem to be an easy task.

@jrp the foundation was set up in the Netherlands, but it turns out be simpler to manage tax and finance there too, so it's our basis for reporting and the rest too.
