@pbump White Americans have more guns that other demographics and a study several years ago showed that 75% of parents who were informed their teenager had suicidal ideations refused to remove the gun from their home.
60% would keep the gun AFTER their child had committed suicide with it.

Perhaps their concept of what they need to worried about is questionable.

@pbump CDC firearm-related homicide rates by race… These are the victims of gun violence. If white ppl had higher rates, we’d have reasoned gun regulations tomorrow. Completely inexcusable national shame.
