They're not wrong on the substance but it's mind-blowing to me that this is Slate's Jurisprudence team:

- The man who wrote, in October, "The most aggressive initial challenge to President Joe Biden’s student debt relief program reached the Supreme Court on Wednesday. It will fail."

- The woman who wrote the 2013 hall of famer "Stop Telling Ruth Bader Ginsburg to Retire"

they should both resign! They have been comically wrong in ways that show a fundamental misunderstanding of how the court works. Their opinions are useless!
