Tony YatesSubstack notes looks nice. But I don't see how the network is going to get going if you have to 'subscribe' to the authors. That subjects you to emails, even if you don't pay. And there is an awkwardness about hitting the subscribe button and not paying.

Zacgross@t0nyyates pretty sure you can opt out of emails. More interestingly they seem to going the algorithmic approach, which for econ twitter seems quite useful.
