@junosz buy the land under a trailer park and give the deed to a co-op of residents (this happened across the street from me, it rules).

@junosz I would dump that money on special education advocates for marginalized kids. Most of these kids have parents that hold more than one job, don't speak English or understand ADA and get shafted by school districts during IEP meetings
