Banning assault type weapons surely won’t stop school shootings, there are still handguns, shotguns, bolt action rifles. I think almost all Christian’s (not all Christians agree on everything…surprise they’re not clones) would support more strict background checks and increased school security, but that’s not what the Democratic Party is focused on.

Yes, there are Christians who are better than that, and I support them, but until that becomes the dominant strain of Christianity, THIS is simply what Christianity does. They’re as real as it gets.

Cracks me up. In Asian and Pacific Island countries it is normal for parents to recognize a child born with other sex aspects. They recognize the spectrum and raise the child accordingly. I have not heard the term “Tomboy” for a long time, it was not derogatory. King James was extremely effeminate. I am asexual and have both very feminine and very masculine qualities. What part of Genesis 5:2 is hard to understand ? Unless their is a plural of Gods, then Christians need to get this.

Independent Jake@godpod There are very few real Christians left. I define a true Christian as a follower of Christ's teachings. Today I see atheists following Christ's principles but not Christians. The term Christianity has taken on a whole new definition of hate and control where the actual teachings of Christ are now absent.
