Graphic novel based on Anne Frank's diary removed from Florida high school

A high school in Florida has removed a graphic novel based on the diary of Anne Frank after a conservative advocacy group claimed it minimized the Holocaust.

NBC News
@nbcnews was the challenger Harlan Crow?
@nbcnews the official justification from the Moms for Liberty group was that the book "minimized the Holocaust."
The real reason, spoken by the representative of the group:
"Even her version featured the editing out of the entries about sex,” Pippin said, referring to the original diary.
@nbcnews I'd say "oh here we go" but we've been "going" for years. They're just more emboldened now.
@nbcnews I haven't read this book. But I'll bet it didn't even bother to mention how the view from the attic vent was actually quite pretty.
@nbcnews I’ll gladly educate the people in charge of this school on what happened in the 1930-‘40 in my country and make them see the value of the story of Anna Frank.
