the other night my sweetie and I were having a “night out” at a fried chicken joint &, during the meal, she casually mentioned she’d been doing a lot of writing recently. I said, “Really? What kind of writing?” fully expecting more of her famous humorous posts on Farcebook. instead she said, “Well, it started out to be a short story, but I’m up to 10,000 words now.”
