Jennifer Johnson@gwynnion @_L1vY_ I’m in Michigan, which sometimes feels very blue, but “federal regulations give U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) authority to operate within 100 miles of any U.S. ‘external boundary’” (ACLU).
Every single inch of Michigan is under the authority of CBP and that WILL be weaponized at the first opportunity, long before the constitution falls - and it will.
It’s only the slightest hyperbole to say that CBP doesn’t recognize the constitution.
