@CrescentSays @actuallyautistic I don’t know your circumstances. In my experience I have found that paring my routine down to the bare minimum to keep myself alive and paying the bills avoids the full meltdown and its accompanying consequences. It was much harder when I was raising a family. Nowadays I lay in a week’s supply of Stouffers macaroni and cheese and watch Pride and Prejudice on repeat after work. My own spoon routine.

If that's Pride and Prejudice, horrible reality shows, cleaning, woodworking, drawing, walking... whatever does it for you, do that. Also if you have support systems (partners, friends, family, therapists, supportive colleagues, etc), asking for their help. Obviously us folks here on Masto :)
