Bryan 🐅Most religious people adhere to the religion they were born and raised in, because once you truly believe in something it is very difficult to impossible to unbelieve it. So, if you are born and raised in a non-Christian religion, and have grown to truly believe in that religion, then you are punished for eternity for believing in the religion that you were born into. That's really messed up!
Hugh Ferguson@Bryan This is the heart of the confusing debates I had with fundamentalists who believed if you "heard" that "Jesus is LORD" and didn't accept, you went to hell, whereas if you never knew, you were given a chance after death to "accept" the truth. In that moment when I was 14, I never hated having been born Christian more. Ignorance is bliss was never truer.
