I don't post a lot personal on Mastodon, but I wanted to share this terrific photo of my father. I took it ten years ago today, and it's one of my favorites. We were enjoying a great day knocking around Manhattan, and this shot was taken from a bar overlooking Times Square. We lost him almost two years ago. He was one of the good ones.

@IPEdmonton I am definitely my father's son, both physically and in other ways. He remained very progressive and politically engaged throughout his life.
