Did you know Tesla has cameras both on the outside of vehicles and the inside, and everything is uploaded to Tesla? The Federation of German Consumer Organisations (vzbv) had sued Tesla in 2022 because of the lack of information to the users about the "sentry mode".

Answer:

« A spokesperson for Berlin's data protection agency said that the person driving the car is responsible for turning off the cameras in public spaces. Responsibility would extend to the company if images were transmitted to and stored by Tesla, the spokesperson added. »
