Due to lack of space, I've only brought one #cosplay for this weekend, Student Council President Miyuki Shirogane (confession ver.) from #KaguyaSamaLoveIsWar.
I've been rewatching parts of the recent aired movie (The First Kiss That Never Ends) over the past week, here's the ED for it:

So it's quite funny that the ED's theme is of Kaguya-sama missing Shirogane, who is moving to America to study at Stanford. The very end depicts Kaguya getting off a plane, with a hint of it being California and specifically SFO Terminal 2, where Shirogane is waiting for her.
I happen to be flying out of that same # no SFO terminal today to attend an #AnimeCon. I wonder what time Kaguya's flight arrives lol. (Does this technically count as an otaku pilgrimage? It's only 20 mins from my house tho.)

Double jeopardy with spicy food and lactose consumption right before I have to go to sleep at 01:30 to wake up for a 09:00 shift: not so great
But I'm sure there will be worse decisions made at #SakuraCon2023. Just ask my wallet. π
Couple things that happened on my flight to Seattle. Didn't get to see my house from above, we turned too steeply, but I did get to see the site of the last #AnimeCon I visited, #CarrierCon last month on the #USSHornet museum. Being a ship, it's pretty easy to spot from the air.
Second, I remembered 30 mins prior to landing that I had a #gatchapon from #KuraSushi in my bag I've been meaning to build. This turned out to be not so bright of an idea, with a few close calls losing some pieces, but I managed to finish the piece right after we landed and before we reached the gate. 
And apparently it came with plenty of extra pieces left over.
