Tennessee GOP expels 2 Democratic lawmakers for anti-gun violence protests

Republican legislators in Tennessee voted to expel two Black Democrats from the state House over their protests on the chamber floor against gun violence last week, while a vote to expel a third white Democratic representative fell short.

@RepShontelBrown Can the expelled lawmakers sue? This is anti-democratic and should be unconstitutional. It takes away the voters right to be represented by people of their own choosing.
