Ok Google and DDG are not helping me. Is there a specific Native American gathering (from any or many tribes) where people sat in a circle and aired grievances, or got things off their chest? What many sometimes think of as a "Powwow"? (hint: It's not a powwow.) Similar to what the Vikings called a "thing" or "moot"? I have an opportunity to education White audiences, and want to be as correct as possible.
It's disappointing that no Wikipedian has created a "List of Native American Ceremonies and Gatherings." Google has some websites with lists, but they're fairly powwow-focused and are all missing things I know about like Potlatches. I'd do it but I'm immensely under-qualified.

Retooting with suggested hashtags: #IndigenousMastodon #NativeMastodon #IndianMastodon #Indigenous #Native

@corbden Did you try posting on #IndigenousMastodon
@fulanigirl Thank you! I wanted to use a hashtag but didn't know which one. I'll try that.
