@yesbiscuit look, I’m not arguing that Jr. Posting his daughter picture isn’t detestable, it absolutely is. it’s simply not illegal. It’s first amendment speech of the worst kind, and we have to defend that kind of free speech in order to have free speech at all. I’m sorry, but there’s nothing illegal about posting a picture of somebody. It’s not a threat by any stretch of the legal imagination, unless you can prove clear intent to cause harm, which of course, you cannot.
