Please consider writing your hashtags in upper camelcase so screen readers have a chance at figuring them out.

You can still write your own tags in camel case so when they are read on your posts they are readable.
#SusanAlbumParty displays correctly. As long as you donβt tab through it will display properly. I donβt know if it reads as displayed. Further, if I create a tag, #RandoTag .
