Remember the Chancellor guy in #chronotrigger? He's kind of a jerk, sends you to prison, later you find out hes a monster in disguise, etc? OK cool, heres my redesign of him for #ChronoTriggerReConcept

Some extra flair, hints of Zeal culture which shows the fashion evolving over time and some connections to his real form were obvious choices, playing around with the "pretending to be human and being kind of good about it, but not too good". As Yakra, hes mostly the same

Also an important point, this guy needed to be redrawn in order for people (like me, lol) who thought his sprite looked like the one on the left

@shrubey Yeah same here, plus I wasnt too far removed from Earthbound where Pokey makes that same face soo I was like "Im sure Im missing something but I dunno, :O face it is"
