They don't have time for it..
It's very rare internet scammers are getting caught even with all evidence presented
damu@stux and like 90% of scammers are from India so most likely out of jurisdiction as well.
Pauline Oplossingen bestaan al@stux I didn't send it either because of the same reason. However publicly shaming them is a bit of an issue as well. There is always the chance I'm wrong. In this case they used a fake VAT number.

Even with the addresses they share where to send the stuff it's often from someone else or a empty house..
Mostly only the bank account and phone number are 'really theirs'

Typical scammers who go through each MacBook ad and reply, let people send the items before 'releasing' the money etc
Hard to get since they don't advertise but many alarm bells
