My parents stopped for BBQ at Ralphs in Weldon NC on the end of season drive home to NJ from FLA. Obviously I’m thrilled to have them home, but this is the best part of them coming home lol

@CKHesq I grew up on that Carolina Q. It's bad out here trying to find any style done well but Lexington style or similar in particular is rarely tried and never right

@CKHesq no mustard for me but that style is good too. I like the straight vinegar and hot pepper sauce, ideally chopped small and served in a sandwich with slaw, hush puppies on the side...but any eastern carolina style works for me
