Completely imposs w/out seeing the indictment, but the people inside are throwing around the word "conspiracy" and saying it's a felony.
For what it's worth, Conspiracy in 1st Degree in NY has *no* statute of limitations.π
If it's 2nd degree or lower, *I think* the normal 5 yrs statute applies.
BUT, a fun thing about conspiracy charges is that it's usually a crime that is "ongoing" for a while. So for instance, a conspiracy started in 2016 might not have stopped there.

@GottaLaff if a trend were to influence and reach an authoritarian model it would greatly accelerate a future war. That has been singular play all along. When someone like Count Dankula advocated Pinochet I asked him how he valued human life and for his prison psych eval.
