Just logged into the scummiest Café Hotspot I have ever seen in my life.

Instead of an "Agree to conditions, blabla" checkmark, they have an "agree to marketing newsletter" checkmark.

To login, you have to submit an email, but when you click that option THE MARKETING OPT-IN SHOWS YOU IN RED TEXT "you haven't agreed to marketing, this is not mandatory". Only after this the mail option link works.
