Spoiler alert: these industries don’t have your interests in mind. It’s not a partisan issue. Everyone’s health is affected in the same way regardless of your party.
If you want to fix it though, elect the people who want clean energy and less dependence on oil and gas. Ignoring reality won’t save your clean water.

@TonyStark Republicans, demonstrably, want most Americans sicker, poorer, and more desperate than they would be under Democratic governance. Compare measurements on quality of life for us and other Western industrialized nations and we come out on the short end BECAUSE of Republicans in office. We know Republicans are at fault, because when you compare red states to blue states, red states also do worse on measures of health, wealth and longevity.
Republican governance is literally killing us.
I don't think that is correct. The Republican's goal (for which they were paid) is only to cut taxes for the rich and remove any obstacles -- such as regulations and financial/corporate law enforcement -- that could stand on the way of them making more money.
The destruction of social programs, depression of salaries, and the general misery of the less rich are just side effects of pursuing that goal. >>
