I continued on with the storyline and noticed it was part of the rendered cut scene with two other NPCs. When Eivor gestured the arror crossed over a flame on the table AND LIT UP during the scene! Now because the arrow aligns onto the bow when drawing another, both of them catch on fire! And when I walk around, the arrow stays on fire! Forever torch lol. (Update it's not there when I reloaded today.)
