Everyone is suddenly reporting what I’d already tooted/was already announced the other day, that #Trump will speak from #Florida on Tuesday after arraignment.

Dear The News:

Do not carry one word of this live. If he makes real news, report it afterwards, show clips if you must, but don’t play into his tiny hands yet again.

@GottaLaff Hoping for a gag order, but unsure how it would work. Can a gag order be instituted at the time of his arraignment?
Would love to see a contempt of court charge added to the rest.

@Barbramon1 I bet it can be ordered any time. It works by saying he can't talk about the case, and then if he does, fined or jailed. If he keeps doing it, jailed.

@GottaLaff Good. I know how the gag itself works. I am all for it. Just didn't know at what point in the proceedings it could be implemented. The sooner the better!
