Paolo Redaelli@ruhrscholz my monodes.com is an instance from Seeweb which is not that cheap but it's from a company I trust
@paoloredaelli I already have a Hetzner instance which I only use for its IP, so I’d probably use that, plus the ping is relatively low since it’s in Germany
@ruhrscholz that's the same approach of mine: one of Seeweb data center is quite near to my house (12km)
@paoloredaelli I could go closer to my home if I chose any DC that operates in Frankfurt (which basically all cloud providers do), and I used Oracles free tier to achieve this, but their web UI was just to cumbersome.
Right now all my ingress traffic goes to Hetzner Nuremberg, and from there via WireGuard to my servers near Dortmund. 20ms of added latency between the WG endpoints, which isn’t too bad.

badagent@ruhrscholz I've been using netcup for years now. Can do everything I want, never had any problems and their price is fair.
