-----------
(F) No person may engage in any transaction or take any other action with intent to evade the provisions of this Act, or any regulation, order, direction, mitigation measure, prohibition, or other authorization or directive issued thereunder.
I'm not *worried* about a bill that bans TikTok from operating within the US, using US networks, renting US servers, etc. It's not great, but the writing has been on the wall for a while.
However ... I *am* worried about a bill that makes it a crime to use a VPN to access TikTok. 😬
