@Talen_Lee having a token track an ability, even one that only lasts a few phases, is a lot of book-keeping to keep track of for a real life game, but not a lot for a computer to handle.

I do wonder which of their audiences they're designing cards for these days.

@kaynsd it's also odd that it's effectively making the order of text on a card explicitly meaningful, so trample backup lifelink is not the same as lifelink backup trample
@Talen_Lee does Backup 1 Trample Lifelink imply that both abilities are confered or just the first? Does it need to be Backup 1 (Trample, Lifelink) to work in that case?
