Cached UK/IE Kindle giveaway: 5 copies of @chuckwendig's THE BOOK OF ACCIDENTS, a mostly-effective horror story that reminded me a *lot* of @stephenking (specifically FIRESTARTER). It's got multidimensional evil and scary scenes.

It's got magical wooden owls, which for some reason don't crop up in more works. A family traumatized and divided, and more families terrorized. There are betrayals and unbreaking loyalties. And it has a *perfect* ending.

@kithrup @chuckwendig Ooh. I've been a sucker for terrifying owl objects since being terrorised by Alan Garner's "The Owl Service" at an impressionable age.
