My wife just tossed out one of the regular scam artists that hang out on the street by the gas station. This one is called "the screamer" because everything comes out at full volume. When my wife politely asked her to just be quiet, that generated a new diatribe about "infringing my free speech rights" and so forth, followed by a fusillade of cursing.

What this unfortunate woman will get eventually is a night in jail, when what she really needs is medical help.
