Baral'heia Stormdancer ΘΔ🐲@BuddyGoodboyEsq @jshawthorne The official Mastodon app, quite frankly, sucks. I would strongly recommend checking out a third party app instead. There are many to choose from, but a good starting point is Ivory on iOS or Tusky on Android.
Kitt / Basil 🌻@baralheia @BuddyGoodboyEsq @jshawthorne I use Tusky and I like it! Some follow requests get hidden still and you have to remember to check. That's due to this instance having some restrictions against mastodon.social among others because it's such a large place spammers, etc can get through. Not entirely a fan of that but not enough to go seek out a new instance over it!
