Registrations Opening Again

In response to further disenfranchisement of users on Twitter, and the need to have safe platforms for folks to both communicate and have visibility, we will be opening registration applications again for PMG, in a pulsed approach after tonight's update.

We are a small team of folks, and manually review each and every application, so folks should expect to see registrations pause and resume based on volume and moderation availability.
