Fire at Chinese Cultural Centre deemed suspicious: Vancouver Fire crews say

Vancouver Fire and Police say a fire at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Chinatown is suspicious. This fire is the third 2nd alarm fire in the area in just over a day.
