At the thrift store I found "Sherlock: An Autobiography," and it is the self-published musings of a guy who was in the Navy, worked for the phone company, and then retired with a lot of thoughts, and it is crazy and my new favorite thing. He doesn't care for rock and roll, thinks insurance and interest are scams, is mad about soybean oil, and has pages on thermodynamics. He ends with his favorite sayings, including "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" and "Mind your own business."
Mr. Sherlock has, for example, thoughts about blood.
He's also not keen on the internet.

Let's be clear that we are talking #Eugenics here.

It all seemed very reasonable and modern and scientific at the time, what with big names like #Carnegie (yes the hall) and #Mellon ( yes Carnegie-Mellon University) making big finacial contributions. And statisticians (yes famous ones), biologists and psychologists participating and speaking highly of the project. The USA's #RaceIQPropaganda was an outgrowth of US eugenics, as was Nazi Aryan-race policy.

And forced sterilization of the socially marginalised and millions sent to Nazi extermination ovens resulted.

This eugenics bullshit ain't cute or interesting.
