There are now more than 200 studies that show #COVID19 can impair brains, hearts, immune systems and is associated with higher rates of diabetes, stroke, cognitive impairment, dysregulated immune response, rheumatoid arthritis and other adverse outcomes. We should be doing more to keep each other safe from repeated infections.

@augieray

"We should be doing more to keep each other safe from repeated infections."

Dare I?

Please elaborate.

@33ARSH Why do you need to ask? We're in the 4th year of the pandemic and we should all know the answer to that.

Keep up to date on all approved boosters.

Wear masks in crowds (concerts, conferences, airports, mass transit, etc.), particularly when COVID is rising in the area.

Opt for crowded activities outside over indoor activities, when possible.

If you or someone you live with is immunocompromised or has other risk factors, increase caution more than others.

@33ARSH @augieray also use good ventilation and air filtration indoors. We set up window fans and Corsi-Rosenthal boxes to keep things moving when we have others in the house.
