Amanda B@mainsac my point is they are targeting tik tok for doing all the things they are allowing other platforms to do. Including apple and Google. My argument is that incompetent people are running Congress. Any of us with a cell phone is giving a “pass” to these companies to collect data. And I don’t think any of it is besides the point. It they don’t understand how the internet works they should not be allowed to make laws to limit our access and use of it.

Richard@amandacsb2 @mainsac @krazydev Guys like this, who just want to troll you into defending tiktok, are making it harder to get the consumer protection we need to safeguard our data from everyone. Nobody is defending tiktok by saying that our congress needs to focus on real security issues instead of today's embarrassing security theater buffoonery.
