#Germany is when weird far-right idiots can legally hoard weapons and ammo but the City of #Munich decides that climate activists will get fined 1.000€ for carrying (not using) superglue. The article is not paywalled - and you can learn something about germany there: One can file an exempt 6h before carrying superglue, for example for working with superglue, but at the moment there is no "formalized workflow" ... sounds to me, there is some hope that it will be, sometime.

(i guess it will include BundID and a blockchain).
