toxtethogrady@georgetakei Uganda started the process a few years ago. It's only been exacerbated by the presence of street preachers spurred on by an American evangelist. The re-election of that corrupt dictator Obasanjo has only made it worse. Those preachers need to be vacuumed off the streets...
