Apparently, lwjgl 3.1.6 works on Windows 98. And Nvidia driver 81.98 provides OpenGL 2 for the Geforce 6800 under Windows 98

@ezio I've been trying something similar with my ancient ass Thinkpad running Lubuntu, unfortunately my driver's max me out to opengl 1.3 so anything past game version 1.7.2 doesn't work
