This was originally an olympic shooting range, established in '74.
In the mid-90 folks living around it filed a complaint, asking the mayor to move it away from the residential area, as it was very noisy. Some neighbors even said that stray bullets would fly into their homes.
The place was officially shut down in 2000, for lack of demand.
Today it is used as a communal garden.
