@nona80_swanette 😊 but to me - divided by a common language maybe - a rock pool wouldn’t mean a pool carved out of the rock to make a swimming pool. A rock pool would be a little shallow natural formation where the kids go with their shrimping nets to search for trapped fish, or, more usually, crabs. Your picture reminds me of the pool on my home island. My uncle swam in it every day of his life, as far as we are aware. Too chilly for me though…

@laurekatrine an ocean pool maybe? We just call them rock pools as a general term because there are indoor pools as well.
