It would appear that mostly living in one dark room, only using a phone, and only leaving for medical care for 6 years has left me with serious mole woman problems and I don't know what to do.
My physical health is already poor. I still have exhaustion, brain fog, muscle loss, POTs, from COVID, and my lupus isn't doing great.
Now I'm trying to go back into the world and the slightest thing gives me a panic attack.
Online conversation gives me a panic attack. Texts.
How do I fix this...

@OpheliaBelladonna

Meditation?

Deep belly breathing?

Meds?

I hope this conversation itself doesn't give you a panic attack.

I dread leaving my house. Sometimes I hyperventilate when I'm getting ready to go out. But I don't get panic attacks, so I can't quite relate.

I do make plans with friends to go out to dinner. I force myself to go out. I'm usually late, but I enjoy myself once I'm out.

Good luck to you. And feel free to message me if you want to practice online chats.
