More silly questions, but we are such a small shop that roles are more expansive than they should be, so from our standpoint it's worth checking:
- design interest?
- UX interest?
and then what tech stacks you prefer, we do a lot of Drupal which is… getting more front-end dev friendly but is not there yet.

I have interest in both but not as much skill as I'd like!
I usually do js based stacks but I'm happy with anything, worked with ruby and python backends in various places
