I needed an easy win in the shop this Monday, so I made a batch of cherry spatulas. This is a simple design that relies on the wood to make it stand out. The first batch of these I built out of maple and they just looked boring and took forever to sell. I've been getting a much better response since I switched to cherry.

@tipslave by hand, or machine? I made one by CNC, but it takes a lot of machining time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0utopXNmHg

@nibroc I used most of the power tools in the shop. Cut out blanks with a table saw and bandsaw, shaped on a belt sander, cleaned up with drum and spindle sanders, and finished with a pad sander. Took a few hours from start to finish for a dozen.
